Missing pack from purchased from in game store

Purchased the new 2500 training pack from the most feared section of the store, made my selection and when went to open the pack I got kicked to the title screen with a "that option is no longer available" screen. I did not receive the pack, and my training is gone, customer care was no help, any other options or is this just case closed?
