Missing Player in Set

Hi, I completed a the collector series 92-94 BND player set for 25 weekly spotlight tokens. I did this right after 1:30 pm est so I can claim 94 overall Mack Hollins. He wasn’t in the set though, so I am hoping I can have the pack removed from my unopened packs and be given the Mack Hollins card in my items.
