Missing Player

I was opening packs yesterday morning (2/8) and I received the 96 ovr BND Jerry Rice and then I went back to put it into my lineup and it was not there. It has been around 24hours and agents I spoke with said that if it had not appeared in my binder in 24 hours to reach out via forums. I opened the pack around 9:30 MST. It was out of the 50,000 coin LTD opportunity pack.
