Missing Playoff Head 2 Head Event Token

I won the head to head event last week and I didn’t get the season five event token just the victory vouchers I restarted my game I contacted EA and idk what to do. I attached a video showing I won the event. I saw other people had the same issue and some received it by now and some didn’t.
