Missing season 3 xp token from season 4 field pass

Question

Is anyone missing season 3 xp token from the season 4 field pass? I earned 2 out of the 3 and have not received them. Anyone else? I talk to EA support and they said they will look into it but but wondering anyone else is having an issue

I am missing the Season 3 XP Tokens from the Season 3 Team Pass. You are suppose to get one at level 3, 13, and 23. I'm currently at level 15 and haven't received one.
