Missing season 4 event tokens.

I also didn’t get my event token 

if you go to the event pass, you can see that you're only able to complete the event and get the token once every couple of days

I am missing my event token as well. Can someone help?

I am missing my token from the H2H event (The Season of Giving). I only received the 7550 snow.

So if you do beat it twice you won’t get the token at all ? Or will we get the token we just have to wait till it resets? Someone please anwser 

Same I got 10 and it didn’t give it to me but I got my snow

It was my first 10 win run

Won this event 3 times now and not received a token once. Contacted EA every time and had nothing back. This is outrageous. They’re happy to update the purchasable packs daily though… 

Except.. I completed a flawless run on the new event too.(I didn’t get a token from the season of giving the 2nd run) I realized ea closed my cases so I guess I don’t get my 2 tokens.
