Missing Season 4 Tickets

I logged onto MUT today and it said I was already level 7 in the Season 4 Pass. I did not get any of the tickets rewards for any of those levels. Also my 130 season 3 tickets left over from last season are now season 4 tickets. Someone please help I need my tickets for player upgrades.
