Missing team captain

I completed Training Camp and progressed the Field Pass. I have multiple Team Captain Upgrade Tokens, but never received the Team Captain Fantasy Pack. My Team Captain set is locked at 0. Please grant the Team Captain pack.

No token for 10 wins in h2h event
H2h event only rewarded snow and no token. This is the first time that I have reached ten wins. Has anyone had this issue ? And is there a fix?
