I did the event in madden nfl 26 in ultimate team. I went 10-0 and was suppose to receive my token and you guys did not give it to me and there’s multiple people that have the same issue. You guys care about money more then your customers and this ridiculous I spent so much money over the years and the one time I can get something for free you guys make sure you don’t give us the rewards

Same exact thing happened to me I won the unreal moments event for my FIRST time but never received my token it only supplied me with the second run packs which is wrong because this is my first time going 10-0 hopefully they fix this and we can get our tokens and the players we deserve. I don’t know how to even report this or open a case with ea I feel lost
It just happend to me call ea support and give them your email or user it took me like three days to get it and same thing h2h flawless 2 pack they said there looking into it it was my first 10-0 run as well ea plz give us our rewards

I did not recieve my token for the unreal moments 89 champion set. I completed the flawless run only once just now and did not recieve a token. I am very disappointed. Am I still going to be able to recieve the token?
I just finished my flawless run in the unreal moments event. Only completed it once, and no token. I am having the same issue. I spoke to a live chat support for ea. And filled out a report on the forum and posted on here too. I am disappointed myself everybody.
I completed my first Flawless run in the H2H event today (10/8/25) and received rewards for a Flawless Run #2.
I did not receive my token for going 10-0 in the Unreal Moments event. I finally was able to complete the flawless run at around 9:30 CST and received a “flawless run pack #2” though I have never completed it before now. The pack contained 6x 82+ event players or 2x 85+ event players. I have not completed this event before today. I have contacted EA help and they sent me here.
Also just happened to me. EA help made a case and sent me here.
Attached is the EA help log. It’s an issue they are aware of.
