Missing token from Flawless Run rewards

I did the event in madden nfl 26 in ultimate team. I went 10-0 and was suppose to receive my token and you guys did not give it to me and there’s multiple people that have the same issue. You guys care about money more then your customers and this ridiculous I spent so much money over the years and the one time I can get something for free  you guys make sure you don’t give us the rewards
