MISSING TOP 100 REWARDS WHEN I FINISHED 96

I loaded on to the game and claimed my rewards it said I was top 100 I finished on the leaderboard the screenshot is taken right befor I claimed it and yet I received champ rewards this is the most frustrated I have been with this game and can somone please help me because it sees impossible to get help
