Missing twitch drops

Wow so I reached out to support they say they are “looking into it” I go to my cases they instantly called it unresolvable and “no fix available” if u didn’t get ur plax looks like we are not getting it they put in zero effort, im completely done buying madden and college football. Not spending another dime on them EVER I supported them for way to long because of my love for football and I suggest a lot of us do the same by not giving them any more money. This is not ok and some of the worst customer support I’ve ever received when this is on them not me.
