Missing twitch drops
I watched the twitch stream and did not get my plaxico cornerback please help me

I watched the twitch stream for the entire duration, claimed the rewards / packs. I have my Steam / Twitch account linked with EA as it shows up under connected accounts, but I have not received the drops after waiting 48 hours. They do not show up under the Madden 26 Ultimate Team binder when sorting for newest. I have completed several challenges, and they still do not show up. I have claimed other drops for other games on Twitch on the same day, and all those drops have come through fine, but not EA Madden 26.
Yeah this is beyond ridiculous, I watched the entire thing and claimed everything on twitch and everything is linked, never had a problem doing with the MLB the Show. So do I have to report this only to get ignored, bc that's how EA's customer service seems to work..........?
