Most Feared Missing 2 Event tokens

I am missing 2 event tokens after beating the throne room twice. I dont do this often but would like to make some coin in this event. Is this happening to anyone else? Tried contacting EA but seems like this is last resort.

I have won’t the event 4 times and I have not gotten a token for any of them . What do I do please. My gamertag is eshay_buh
