MUT 26 Trick or Treat Key bug

I had played through the 4 tiers of trick or treat a couple times and upon finishing your 3 wins or 1 loss it would always give a key but in my most recent shadowbrook run a second before the game ended after I called a timeout the game gave the challenge complete screen and finished the game upon getting back to the menu to press the button to finish the event and in turn get rewards and the key for the next event there was no option. this time it didn't register and I have been unable to play the event since. such a shame because this was my first madden event and I was grinding candy like crazy and now this bug has put an end to it. please help!
