MUT duos

How come everytime i try to run offense with my duo the game boots me back to main menu same for my buddy but when i run defense it works perfectly fine?  i’ve tried generating best line up, ive tried swapping players around which this has been a problem for quite a while so my lineup has changed a lot and still can’t run offense. but whenever we try to run offense and defense in trios it works perfectly fine? what do i do
