MUT issues with packs and connectivity servers or some bug

I have lost two packs already. I spent hours into this game just to have my packs that I earn taken away because of the MUT servers? Data keeps getting lost. There is a bug and I deserve to get my 83+ overall unreal pack and my 86+ overall unreal pack back to help my team or some type of compensation.
