Mut store not loading

I’ve tried resetting the game multiple times, entering and exiting ultimate team, and still everytime I try to access the Store in mut I’m met with a blank screen. The purchasing points menu still works but nothing else will show up. I’ve checked EA help and there is nothing, and I have no bans or anything on my account. How do I fix??
