My challenges are broken again freezing on transition screen

This happened before too and had to wait like 2 weeks before I could play challenges and get my free players , so when I log into ultimate team it goes to bring me into the challenge screen but freezes on a field animation it won’t let me upload my video but please fix it so I can get my players and tokens this is getting whack
