My S3 XP Tokens disappeared

Basically,

I partially completed the Season 2 battle pass last season and was able to earn all 3 of the available Season 3 XP tokens. Later on, when the new team pass also released, I was able to acquire all three of the S3 XP tokens as well.

However, I was only able to redeem 4 of these tokens and now it says I do not have any left.

I reached out to EA support and explained how I am truthfully missing 2 of the tokens, and that I did reach the qualifying level in the season 2 pass and season 3 team pass to earn all 6 tokens. However, they redirected me to these forums to solve my issue.

I guess I’m just hoping for someone from EA to hear my issue, I’ve been playing EA games for a decade now and this is my first time attempting to use the forums, so I hope it goes well🤞.
