Mystery Pack

I received a 77+ boom bust in a mystery pack immediately attempted to open and got a server failure. When I go to packs it says 1 unopened but nothing is there. I’m not sure what the issue is and I’ve attempted to get another mystery pack to see if I solved it. Very disappointing
