Mythic E. Smith

I have all the requirements (2 iconic and 2 epic) for the STT E. Smith but when I go to get him, it only shows that I have 1 iconic Smith and 2 epic. Anyone have this issue? I deleted and reinstalled the app anything else to try? Or is it a glitch?
