No even tokens or rewards after completing H2H event

I have won/completed the H2H event (Road to the Super Bowl) 3 times now. Of those the 3 times, I have only received my rewards once. This is getting really frustrating as I’ve tried troubleshooting my system countless times, refreshing the app, and nothing. I do t understand what’s the point of putting in the work, just to be screwed when it’s all said and done. I can be granted the vouchers, but no event token-which is the only reason I indulged in the event. It’s getting really tiresome.
