No Progress on Winter Wins Challenge

I have completed the Winter Wins two times and after 48 hours it still shows no progression. I have contacted EA support multiple times and they are supposedly looking into the bug. Hopefully they care enough about their game to fix it. #typicalEA

Same here its been 3 days 10 chats with support 5 claims and nothing has been done. Cant get my card or amything man its so frustrating

I’ve completed the winter wins challenge a couple of times and when I return to challenges it doesn’t register that I’ve completed the challenge

I have now completed the winter wins zero challenge twice now getting all 5 start. When I go out of it, the stars don’t show up like I never completed it. I have 2 clips from both of the times I completed it and didn’t get rewarded for it. EA PLS HELP BEFORE I CRASH TF OUT!!!

Can confirm the problem is still happening as of 1/11 at night. Would love a fix ASAP.
