No Ranked Rewards After Almost A Month....

I ended top 100 last season on all consoles and have the screenshot proof with 220 games played and still haven't received anything I contacted support countless times and I get the same response every time with no solution ever being presented its almost been a month how haven't I received anything yet... my EA ID is PistolVerts I ended at #34 215-6 ....
