Not getting RP for ranked

I keep playing multiple games, 7 RP away from top 100. However i have played 6 games and have not gotten any RP for wins or losses. Quitting doesn’t make me lose RP and the opponent quitting doesn’t give me RP. Any fixes???

No token for 10 wins in h2h event
H2h event only rewarded snow and no token. This is the first time that I have reached ten wins. Has anyone had this issue ? And is there a fix?
