Not getting RP for ranked

I keep playing multiple games, 7 RP away from top 100. However i have played 6 games and have not gotten any RP for wins or losses. Quitting doesn’t make me lose RP and the opponent quitting doesn’t give me RP. Any fixes???

    Me and my cousins accounts are doing the same thing. I dont know how to fix mine either.
