Not receiving blitz packs

I just bought two of the bundles of blitz packs in the store for 2800 and didnt recieve the packs it says its in my unopened section but I cant see them when I click on that section. Please help

    Hey Ultimate Team fans, We have a couple of updates to share!

    We’ve made a slight change to the Autumn Classic H2H Event due to an issue that required us to adjust the event’s structure.

    The updated event is now live and is based on wins earned in a 12-game run, with rewards tied to your total wins.

    For those who purchased the Early Bird Blitz Bundle, we’ve resolved an issue that prevented packs from appearing after purchase.

    If you purchased the Early Bird Blitz Bundle prior to the fix, the packs are now accessible in your Unopened Packs.

    Same thing just happened to me, I bought the same bundle and only 5000 blitz bolts appeared. No packs or golden blitz

    I purchased 2 early bird blitz bundles I was suppose to get 5000 blitz bolts and 6 blitz packs in each. I only got the bolts. It’s saying I have 12 unopened packs but I click on it and it says I have no packs to open. Where are my packs??

    Same problem here. Support said they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

    well they did it again. didn't get packs but got the boltz. quality control EA        how about some communication on this issue!

    I spent the $25 on the early bird blitz bundle, all I got was the 5000 bolts, where are my 6 packs EA?
