Not receiving Sugar Rush CPU award
Hello I completed the necessary games for cpu event and have not received the player reward for the event. I completed the 10 games 2x already on ps5. TTV_Whit3Wat3r_

same thing here on Xbox. Played an extra game too and nothing still. been waiting since friday

Same. Contacted EA help. They said they have notified” the team. Way too much time spent on a CPU event to not get a reward!
they don't care.
Useless and waste of time
this is the response I got:
"Alright, I just discussed this with my team and this seems to be something we need to take in consideration, thank you so much for letting us know about this concern, what I will be doing here to help you better is I will be reporting this issue as bug on your behalf so that our game team can investigate and hopefully get this resolved for you.
Thank you for your patience. Our team is actively working on the issue. As you know, Madden is played by millions of players around the world, and maintaining such large-scale global servers can make certain fixes more complex."
