OPENING PACKS FROM SETS NOT IN "My Items"! Gone!

So I bought some packs had a bunch of cards couldn't tell you how many 60 70 something like that went to sets started trading them in speeding through it speeding through it got my cards and after I was done doing all the sets that I wanted to do I went to my inventory and they are all gone not a single one over 50 cards gone I just bought.  I want my money back for the packs I don't give a crap about the sets I don't give a crap about that I'm done with this game you guys didn't answer any of my problems I had last year didn't fix anything owe me a couple hundred dollars from buying stuff over there that I didn't even get to use I'm getting a lawyer. I want my money back.. I'm supposed to be in the VIP program this is how you handle your VIPs. Trash
