Pack glitch

So when I was playing ultimate team yesterday I had opened a zero chill pack and pulled Ltd champ Bailey. Now keep in mind I already had 1 champ Bailey. so when I went to my item binder to sell him on the auction he wasn’t their just the one in my lineup. I need yall to fix this so I get my card/ or my coins back
