Placement Match changing Rank + Rewards

My first placement match (a loss) is listed a such but it also counted towards my old rank, got me demoted from Champ to Hero which then triggered the "Season Recap" that didnt show prior. 
So for playing and losing that one placement match, I got demoted and screwed out of my 89 pack, got the 88 instead. You honestly need to fix this, this is a joke.
