Progress Lost in Longest Drive – Game Freeze Problem

While playing Longest Drive, I won about 7–8 games in a row against the CPU, and then the game suddenly froze. No crash message—it just wouldn't load to the next play.  I tried to change any setting I could but was forced to quit. This ended my streak and wiped out my progress. Has this been identified as a known issue? Also, given that I lost progress due to the freeze, should players be compensated when this happens?

I recorded a video and attached it. The video is sped up in order for me to fit it for upload. But, it sucks to have sunk the hours into a mode and to now have to play it all over again to complete it for objectives/rewards. I requested that, if possible, maybe they can fix it, but not holding my breath.
