Purchasing Eternal LTD pack and the Dual pack won’t work

Whenever I try and purchase the eternals ltd pack, it has an error and says unable to complete transaction. I was able to buy 1 pack before it started doing this and was wondering how to fix it.

I just reached out to EA support and they are claiming that for the Eternals Dual LTD Bundle there is a limit of only one of these bundles, and “that the team is looking into it”. It’s some bs tho i spent $100 on the false premise of getting two of these bundles.
