RANKED REWARDS

i got to champ 1 a day before ranked cards were supposed to come out and wasn’t issued my card so i went thru a quick game in which i was desynced from. and i was demoted back into hero. i def need that champ pack. bc there’s no possible way lol. this can’t happen man. please can i get sum type of reimbursement lol.this screenshot was from this morning.
