Is there an issue with the server? I get this everytime I try and enter MUT. "Our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later".

EA help was no help and I cannot finish any event even after multiple tries, the servers crash toward the end every single time and i miss out on rewards

I cannot collect my rewards even though I dominate the event the servers boot me before I can finish. Does anyone here help with that? WHY CANT EA GET THIS RIGHT?
