I logged on today after buying points(where the game freezes when trying to buy them in-game) only to find out I dont have access to ultimate team(where I had access before logging off to buy the points). Now I just don't access still after restarting the game, restarting my computer, letting the game do its quick update. I checked my internet connection and its still good. So im not sure whats going on if there’s an outage or its down for maintenance.
Why can’t I access madden ultimate team. I can’t even click on the option but I see it on the screen.
Exactly the same issue here, checked down detector and EA servers and all seems to be working so not sure what I’m supposed to do,

You're not alone. I'm on PS5 and ultimate team is locked right now for me too. My friend said its because they released patch 1 and ultimate team is under maintenance right now. Hopefully that is the case and it will be back up online soon.

Yeah I can't access is either it says access restricted. I checked my email and my ea account no report of a ban to my account. So I assume it might be down for maintenance since they released a updated today
