Re: Where is my Season 8 Premium Field Pass?

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with a purchase on Madden NFL 26 for PlayStation 5.

Yesterday, I purchased $25 worth of Madden Cash (2,800 points) and then used 1,500 points to buy the Season 8 Premium Pass. My balance correctly updated to 1,300 points, but I did not receive the pass or any associated rewards. The Season Pass is still locked as if it was never purchased.

I’ve already tried logging out, restarting the game, and rebooting my console, and the issue is still unresolved after trying again today being this happened last night.

Could you please investigate my account and either grant access to the Season 8 Premium Pass or issue a refund for the 1,500 points?
