Season three event pass

I’m experiencing an issue with my Season 3 Event Pass in Madden 26. My in-game stats and progress are not being counted toward the event pass rewards, even though I’m completing the required objectives during matches.

I’ve tried restarting the game, checking for updates, and verifying my connection, but the problem continues. Could you please look into this or let me know if this is a known issue?

I also like to add that this happened to me for season two event pass nothing counted towards my progress. I just bought season three pass and nothing is happening. Can you please assist? Thank you.
