How to find missing Coins or Points: -
- If you’re missing Coins, make sure you haven’t already spent them.
- If you’re missing Points, check the order history for your platform to make sure your Points purchase was successful.
- EA app
Select Account from the menu bar and choose Order History.
- Xbox X|S
Choose Profile and go to Account. Select Payment & Billing and then Order History.
- PlayStation®5
Head to Profile and select Transaction History.
- Nintendo Switch™ 2
Sign in to your Nintendo account and go to Funds and Payment Methods. Select Transaction History.
