Servers are a still awful disconnects need to be fixed

Literally just bought the game a week ago and cannot stay connected trying to play every day. NO issues with any other games. Ridiculous...

I have the same issue. The game randomly disconnects from EA servers during solo seasons and events. very annoying.

EA by far has the worst customer support of any company i have ever dealt with. The amount of issues that madden ultimate team had and still has is ridiculous. I have sent in numerous applications for a case and not 1 reply back from a so called triple A game company.  Glitches on every set and pack trying to add from any other place other than sets. The constant servers connection kicking u out of a game ur winning. For what we be paying these ppl they should atleast show some gratitude to their consumers/customers

I swear every year EA releases a Madden title and they always have the same modes for us to play, but somehow can never to FIX THEIR CONNECTION ISSUES. This has been going on for so long, it's crazy how long they've been getting away with this. With all the microtransactions they're receiving from people buying packs, it's somehow hard for them to invest in fixing servers. They better not say it's the user's problem, cause its always EA servers that are down, try again later. It should be, "EA servers are down, and we don't feel like fixing them, so try again never. But still, can you buy stuff in-game to fund us? Cool, thx, bye."
