Set doesn’t have card I need

1:30 aka was supposed to drop and I did the bnd 94-96 collector series and I was trying to get the weather man but the content was delayed and I didn’t know cause it was supposed to get released at 1:30 but was delayed and now I can’t get the weather man which I spend hours grinding for I need him for my theme team please give me the weather man or give me my tokens back I still have the pack unopened
