Never received my player reward after winning 10games the DRC card. Not sure what happened or why I haven't received it.

I have completed the sugar rush event twice. Both times I received 1460 carrots with no drc.
Maybe we need to finish another event? I'm just throwing something out there because none of it makes any sense.
I’ve also completed this challenge and was never rewarded. I even reset my Xbox, internet, and still no rewards. It’s very disheartening to grind this game and even put money into the passes for the player base to be uncompensated.
