Super Bowl Seekers Champ Bundle Players Missing (Step 4)

I bought into the step up offers and step 4 was the Super Bowl Seekers Champ Bundle where you could choose 2 of 5 Ring Seekers… After Choosing JSN and Marshawn Lynch neither player is in my binder to be used in my lineup… I doubled checked my notifications to make sure I didn’t sell them they weren’t there and so I contacted EA and they basically told me to create this discussion please upvote
