Travis Etienne Genki Force Glitch

I just pulled today the Travis Etienne Genki Force card 93 ovr, for some reason when I try to click on the card in my binder/anywhere else to upgrade the card I get kicked out of the game.. and his picture doesnt show up on the card either.. Please fix this!
