Twitch drops

Hello, I have not been able to access my packs that I should have gotten in the twitch drop watching the madden bowl on Feb 6th, I linked my accounts together before I even watched the stream and still haven’t got my packs after a whole day of waiting. When am I supposed to get my packs? I watched 3 hours of the madden bowl and would hate for my time to be wasted on something silly like this. EA please help.
