Ultimate team squads

Hi I was playing a game of madden ranked with my buddy we were making a run trying to get to playoffs but we unfortunately lost one so we tried winning the next one because you can lose 3 games and then your season gets reset. We loses into the next game made it to the 4th quarter and we’re winning until my game randomly says it D sync’d I try loading back in but had to restart my game I then noticed it counted as a lose. I blew it off thinking it wouldn’t happen again but the SAME EXACT thing happens the next game, winning 4th quarter then get d sync’d and lost my whole record. Please find a way to fix this or give some type of compensation
