First, I want to thank EA for creating what is, without question, the most polished, exciting, and innovative football game on the market. Nobody else could deliver the kind of immersion and authenticity that Madden 26 does. The attention to detail is unbelievable, and the way you’ve continued to raise the bar year after year is something all of us truly appreciate.
That’s why I was so surprised when I logged into MUT and found the Auction House access showing “Restricted.” I know you have the best teams in the business working around the clock, so I can only assume this is either a temporary technical issue or some sort of brilliant, behind-the-scenes fix being rolled out to make the experience even better for us.
I’ve never cheated, exploited, or broken any rules, and I’ve put an incredible amount of time, effort, and yes, money into Madden because I believe in the product. I’ve even gone as far as reinstalling, tweaking DNS, running a direct ethernet connection — all because I know it’s worth it to keep this experience running as smoothly as possible.
All I’m asking is a little clarity: is this just a temporary restriction on the Auction House, or is there something else I should be aware of? Either way, I have total confidence EA will handle this quickly and deliver the great service and gameplay we’ve come to expect.
