Unable to play ultimate team or challenges.

Good evening yall , anyone else having or had this issue. Soon as i start a ultimate team challenge or online game my game crashes every time i pick a play. Been happening since the i got early access. I spend all this money snd ea still hasnt even conatcted me bunch of BS all my friends get to play but me.
