I should have 3 and only received 2. I've played this game for over 30yrs and spent tons of money and I know I didn't miss something on my end. All 3 sets were done with plenty of coin and Madden points leftover in 25

EA_Shepard Still no tokens on MUT 26. Has there been a solution for this issue? Ranked matchmaking is live and still haven't received my complete rewards from MUT 25. Please let me know if this is being looked into at all?

I have not received my rookie premiere and have tried logging into Madden 25 to complete challenges and still no luck, this is frustrating because the cards value decreases every drop. An actual solution would be helpful EA…

I still have not received my rookie premiere player. I unlocked TreVeyon Henderson on MUT 25 and wanted to have him for my patriots team on MUT 26. Been two weeks and still haven’t gotten him. Tried reinstalling Madden 25 and even playing a challenge but still haven’t received it. I just want my player. Everyone else seems to have theirs and I’m just waiting. This is ridiculous.
I still haven’t received my RP player in madden 26 with having completed the token set in 25 before the expiration date expiring, and still have yet to get my player. I was directed to come here after talking to an agent, any or some help at all would be greatly appreciated
I completed the rookie premiere set in Madden Ultimate Team 25 and purchased Madden 26, however I did not receive the rookie premiere reward for Madden Ultimate Team 26. The advisor i was in contact with was unwilling to solve the issue or escalate the case. Please help me solve this issue.
